Drive Thru – Is that a new screen?
On a typical work day, our Field Engineers will start by shutting down the power of both screens and begin dismounting right after. Once they are able to mount the two screens on, they continue to connect each monitor’s cable like HDMI and Power cords to the correct port(s). Since most McDonald’s have 2 drive thru lines, the same process is repeated for the outer lane. Then their final step is to call Support to have the screens configure or reset, a true team effort.
