  • Investigate recurring issues involving GPUs and CX-8 adapters or related connectivity components
  • Support hardware break/fix activities, including component replacement, post-repair validation, and return-to-service testing
  • Coordinate with remote engineering and support teams to isolate faults and restore service at scale
  • Capture clear incident notes, actions taken, component details, and validation results in the designated operational systems
  • Identify repeat failure patterns and escalate trends, capacity concerns, and operational risks
  • Follow data center access, safety, ESD, change-management, and chain-of-custody requirements
  • Contribute to runbooks, shift handoff notes, operational checklists, and continuous-improvement activities

Required Qualifications

  • Willingness and ability to perform controlled power pulls or power cycles when authorized
  • Strong troubleshooting discipline, attention to detail, and ability to follow documented procedures
  • Comfortable working independently during off-hours while escalating appropriately when needed
  • Ability to document incidents and communicate effectively across shift handoffs and distributed teams
  • Availability for second- and third-shift coverage, including evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and rotation-based support as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting GPU servers or high-performance computing environments
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA B300 GPU platforms or comparable enterprise GPU infrastructure
  • Experience troubleshooting CX-8 adapters or comparable high-speed network adapters
  • Knowledge of high-speed Ethernet or InfiniBand environments, optical transceivers, and structured data center cabling
  • Experience with remote hands, onsite service engineering, NOC, data center operations, or staff augmentation models
  • Familiarity with incident, change, asset, and problem-management processes
  • Experience supporting large-scale deployments where consistent execution and repeatable procedures are critical

Success Measures

  • Accurate identification and remediation of cable, transceiver, GPU, CX-8, and related hardware issues
  • Safe, controlled execution of power pulls and component-level interventions
  • High-quality documentation and reliable shift handoffs
