We were hired to install a PR mount retro fit at a luxury apartment in Broomsfield, CO. We has some issues on site due to the weather and the required parts we not available at the scheduled time of the work order. But we were able to complete the job and install the new PR mount. IT support walked us through what needed to be done i.e unplugging specific parts of the ipad, which router needed to be installed, and where everything is located. IT support was able to view on their end, if the internet was online and working, checking the IP address, etc, while our technician was on the field physically doing what was required to do.
